The registrations for this congress will start on the 15th March 2011. There are different types of registrations:
Regular Fee
From the 15th of March until the 25th of April - Early registration (100 Euros)
From the 26th April until the 10th of May - Late registration (150 Euros)
Student Fee
From the 15th of March until the 25th of April - Early registration (50 Euros)
From the 26th April until the 10th of May - Late registration (75 Euros)
This fee includes lunch and doesn't include accommodation. If you want to participate in the Congress Dinner that will take place on the 11th of May 2011 the fee is 40 Euros. The fee must be paid 7 days after the confirmation of your registration.
Please note that all bank transfer expenses must be covered by the participant. If this fails to happen, the congress organization is entitled to demand the participant to pay for such expenses at the event site. Send a copy of the bank transfer document to the following e-mail account: congress.ihh@gmail.com. The Organizing Committee will only consider valid those registrations where the payment was made.
